Key Responsibilities

  • Managed and dispatched HVAC service technicians to various commercial job sites, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain service schedules, prioritizing urgent requests while optimizing technician routes to maximize productivity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, coordinating service calls, and providing updates on service status.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer interactions using industry-standard software.
  • Work closely with the service management team to ensure all customer needs are met, and service operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Dispatcher or Service Coordinator within the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems.
  • Proven track record of stable employment within the Bay Area, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
  • Familiarity with software such as MS Project, Bluebeam, and HVAC-specific dispatching tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
