AI Analyst

The AI Business Analyst will report to the Data Science Manager and serve as a key liaison between AI capabilities and business opportunities at JM. This role involves partnering with various teams to identify and implement AI solutions that improve the customers' journey, driving the adoption and effectiveness of new AI technologies across the company. Translate business needs into AI solution requirements, clearly communicating these to technical teams. Lead the deployment of AI technologies, ensuring they meet business goals and integrate well with existing processes. Oversee user adoption strategies, including training programs and feedback mechanisms, to ensure effective use of AI tools. Monitor the performance of AI implementations and drive continuous improvement based on user feedback and business outcomes. Serve as the point of contact between technical teams and business units, facilitating clear and productive communication. Assess the business impact of AI solutions, providing reports and insights to stakeholders. Stay informed on industry trends in AI and customer experience to identify new opportunities for innovation. Provide training and support to customer-facing teams on leveraging AI insights to enhance customer interactions. Develop and maintain documentation on AI processes and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their potential business applications. Proven experience in business analysis or a related field, with a track record of driving technology adoption. Ability to work at the intersection of technology and business, translating technical possibilities into strategic opportunities. Excellent communication skills, both for articulating ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration. Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for impact. Dedication to improving customer experiences through innovative AI solutions.
