Our Newest Opportunity:

The Senior Accountant works with the Accounting Manager, and other members of the Finance team, on month-end and year-end close processes, account reconciliations and general ledger adjustments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

* Assist with the accounting for compensation expense, accrued expense, accrued liability & other accounts;

* Maintain and review various accrual schedules;

* Prepare journal entries in accordance with monthly tasks assigned;

* Prepare associated reconciliation of accounts and research inconsistencies during month-end close process;

* Work with internal and external teams to obtain compensation reports and related documents;

* Analyze and interpret the details of employment agreements and internally generated reports;

* Serve as primary contact for compensation accounting inquiries;

* Provide external auditors with documentation and explanations for annual audit;

* Assist external tax firm with documentation for preparation of quarterly and annual income tax schedules;

* Additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

* Able to meet deadlines, and work well with others;

* Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality;

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

* Able to work independently and in a team environment;

* Able to prioritize tasks from various departments;

* Excellent judgement and problem solving skills;

* Takes initiative to perform research and propose solutions;

* Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.

Education, Training and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or Business with emphasis in Accounting, required;

* Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or CPA, preferred;

* Minimum five years' experience in Accounting, required;

* Must be highly skilled in use of Microsoft Office;

* Financial reporting experience, required;

* Basic understanding of GAAP, required;

* Experience with Dynamics GP, preferred;

* Experience with FloQast, preferred.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
