Position Purpose:

Assists the CM (Clinical Manager) in the leadership oversight of the Cath Lab, Vascular Lab, ECHO, EKG/Stress Lab. Responsibilities include assisting the CM in meeting regulatory and national standards, employee development, conflict resolution, maintaining professional standards for patient care delivery. The Lead Cardiovascular Tech is responsible for supporting North Okaloosa Medical Center's mission statement and assist the CM to plan for the provision of patient care. The incumbent will support the hospital leadership in a highly diverse range of issues such as providing clinical expertise for patient care, assisting the CM in maintaining regulatory standards for EMTALA, JACHO, or CMS, and assisting with appropriate leadership with employee relations, injuries and job performance.
