In this role you’ll be responsible for the administration, support, and automation of integration technologies. Responsibilities:

Perform integration engineering functions, including file transfer administration, service request fulfillment, issue diagnosis, and developing monitoring dashboards. Design, develop, and implement integrations based on user feedback, ensuring seamless connectivity between internal and cloud systems. Analyze support data and trends to optimize support activities, reducing time and costs. Troubleshoot production issues, coordinate with the development team, and streamline code deployment. Implement automation tools and frameworks such as CI/CD pipelines to enhance accessibility, visibility, and production stability.

The Ideal Candidate

Expectations within this role:

Utilize your expertise in FTP/SFTP/MQFTE, Xcellenet/Remotelink administration, and RHEL operating systems to deliver high-quality integration solutions. Demonstrate proficiency in writing UNIX shell scripts and working with Azure integration technologies. Experience with Grafana, Terraform, Github & Github actions, and Artifactory is preferred. Familiarity with containerization and container orchestration technologies, as well as IT security practices, will be beneficial. Expert level knowledge of one or more of the following:

• Xcellenet or Remotelink Administration & FTP/SFTP/MQFTE experience

• Proficient experience in administration and configuration on RHEL operating systems.

• A good working ability to write UNIX shell scripts
