As a Group Homes Manager, you will be responsible for successful management of policies, processes, and systems within the SCL and ICF Homes, and for demonstrating the organizational values in the day-to-day operation of the Homes service. About ChildServe Group Homes:ChildServe's Homes offer 24-hour support and specialized nursing care. The homes offer a comfortable, nurturing environment for children and adults who need round-the-clock supervision or medical care. Our spacious home-like environments, caring staff members, and emphasis on community involvement and recreational activities offer an inviting place for children and young adults with special healthcare needs to enjoy full lives. We offer individualized treatment plans that focus on caring for the whole child. ChildServes staff members promote skill development, independence, and decision making as appropriate for each childs hopes, dreams, and needs.What You'll Do:
+ Supervise the team through effective hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Ensure development of staff to achieve high results.
+ Develop the annual budget and maintain any contingency plans. Prepare and maintain annual operating plan (AOP) and established reporting mechanisms.
+ Assure adequate availability of qualified staff. Assure individual performance is consistently evaluated, and staff are properly trained to perform the essential functions of their position.
+ Conduct regular internal policy compliance and quality reviews. Manage occupancy and service units.
+ Collaborate with management team to identify opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Need:
+ Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
+ 7 years of experience in child services.
+ 7 years of experience in ICFID, RBSCL, 24 Hour SCL or related service.
+ 5 years of high level direct leadership experience.
+ Ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing and speaking the English language.
