Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving business growth? Our client is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and shape the company's strategic direction and elevate their brand. We are searching for a passionate professional with demonstrated success in creating and executing strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth with an innovative and inventive approach leveraging market trends. This full-time position is located at headquarters in Oxnard, CA and reports to the CEO.

Day-to-Day as Director of Marketing, you'll be the architect of the organization's success through the following:

  • Craft Bold Strategies: Develop and execute marketing and business development plans that propel the company forward.
  • Innovate Fearlessly: Stay in tune with market trends that drive results, identify growth opportunities, and drive innovation.
  • Lead with Impact: Inspire and mentor a high-performing organization.
  • Business intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and target customer segments that support business development decisions.
  • Forge Strategic Alliances: Build and nurture partnerships within the organization, industry leaders, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Best in class content creation: Develop high-impact content that reaches and resonates with our target audience.
  • Impact Through Analytics: Develop data analytics that support decisions and track campaigns to determine ROI.
  • Build a Scalable Department. Develop performance metrics and operating procedures to effectively scale the department and position the organization for growth.
  • Highly Effective Collaborator and Influencer: Collaborate with other departments, external partners, agencies, and vendors to augment marketing and business development capabilities.
What You Bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in building and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with strength in team building and mentorship.
  • Impeccable communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Expertise with SEO, social media, and digital marketing strategies and advanced video editing capabilities.
  • Tech-savvy proficiency with the full MS Office Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, and other content management and web analytics tools.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and engage with external partners effectively.
