This position is responsible for supporting store operations by providing friendly and prompt assistance to customers and employees.

Currently seeking to fill Monday-Friday day shift (7:30/8am- 5pm) with some Saturday rotations for mornings only.

As a Store Administrative Professional/Bookkeeper, your typical responsibilities include:

Answer and route incoming calls, in person customer inquiries and routing to the correct department
Handle customer requests for documentation such as credit applications, invoice requests, payments, etc.
Sort, mail, and file invoices daily
Balance tills & cash box, prepare weekly deposits, pay invoices
Open and distribute all incoming mail
Order and maintain office supplies & toner
Work with A/R and A/P getting information to Corporate
Maintain fax machine, copier, and postage machine
Assist Store Manager and Sales Department by ordering and tracking whole goods through John Deere
Handle warranty purchases and updates
Accounts Payables for Rental Department
Entering credit applications into John Deere Financial
Track & update customer rental insurance
Prepare thank you communications for Sales Department
Maintain and order sales literature
Other duties and some special projects as assigned by store management
Completes at least one job-related professional development training per year

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Qualifications include:

Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Previous experience as a bookkeeper is highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Has a relentless focus on the customer and takes time to understand what the customer wants and how to best deliver the experience
Listens and communicates well with others within and outside of JRE
Creates a team environment that is positive and productive
Maintains positive and professional relationships with all JRE customers and employees
Exhibits strong attention to detail
