Under the direction of the CEO, the Human Resources Director will provide HR Leadership to the RMC Health System; provide advice to the Administrative team on strategic staffing plans, employee benefits, compensation, labor relations, and budget. Maintain and ensure compliance of the employee handbook and other HR-related policies. Develop Corporate Plans : HR Director will create corporate plans for various HR matters, including compensation, benefits, health, and safety. Support Our Employees:

They will devise strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development to enhance the culture within the company. Identifying, evaluating and addressing hiring challenges Develop turnover reduction strategies Investigating, mediating and suggesting solutions to employee disputes Compiling information about compensation and benefits packages Oversee HR Initiatives : The HR Director will manage all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics. Supervise HR Personnel : Provide guidance to HR staff and ensure smooth operations. Advise:

AdviseTeam Leaders on proper employee discipline, policy compliance, etc. Attend:

Attend Administrative meetings, Team Leader Meetings, Authority Board and Board HR Committee meetings Strong leadership and people skills are essential. Sound knowledge of HR Employment Laws, benefit packages,retirement plansand conflict resolution. Work with hospital leadership to ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution. Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal employment regulations. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently. Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Management or-related field preferred. Masters desired. Minimum Experience:

Director must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of HR departments and operations. A minimum of 3-5 years previous experience as an HR leader in a healthcare environment is preferred.
