People Operations Partner to Assigned Location
Collaborates closely with management and Employees to cultivate positive work relationships, foster morale, enhance productivity, and bolster retention.
Embodies the organization's desired culture and principles while serving as a primary resource and advocate for Employees.
Works alongside facility management teams to devise and assess essential People Operations metrics, address challenges, and perpetuate a culture of continuous improvement focused on optimizing the delivery of information and the quality and efficacy of human resources endeavors.
Facilitates resolution of Employee relations matters, conducting comprehensive, impartial investigations when necessary.
Offers day-to-day guidance on performance management to line/function management, encompassing coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary measures.
Serves as the primary point of contact for all Employees at the designated facility, offering HR guidance, direction, and training.
Manages the hiring and onboarding procedures at the assigned facility, fostering robust collaboration with hiring managers.
Administers performance review and salary administration initiatives at the respective facility to ensure adherence to organizational standards, compliance, and fairness.
Contributes to the development of policies and procedures aligned with the organization's cultural ethos.
Collaborates closely with other members of the People Operations team to establish overarching guidelines and effectively deliver solutions across the organization.
Safety and Workers' Compensation
Acts as a dedicated advocate for safety initiatives and drives change to minimize workplace incidents and injuries.
Partners with the facility safety committee to investigate, audit, and enforce adherence to safety protocols and policies.
Oversees workers' compensation processes for the assigned facility, from initial injury reporting to full recovery and return to work.
Assists in conducting workers' compensation discussions and investigations, ensuring comprehension and compliance with established procedures and policies.
Payroll and Benefits
Assists the payroll department with timecard entries, PTO deductions, and resolving timecard discrepancies.
Administers, approves, and tracks FMLA requests in accordance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
