Overview Client Service Specialist CSS Santa Barbara, CA. Make a difference every day with NurseCore. Pay Range: $23.00 $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM (occasional evenings/weekends). Location: Santa Barbara, CA. About the Role Join NurseCore, a national leader in medical staffing and home care. As a Client Service Specialist (CSS), youll play a key role in supporting recruiting, scheduling, and client relations for healthcare facilities and home care clients in the Santa Barbara area. To succeed in this role, youll bring strong time management skills, attention to detail, and a creative, solutions-focused mindset to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. What Youll Do Schedule and coordinate field staff to meet client needs Recruit, interview, and onboard caregivers and healthcare professionals Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff Resolve scheduling and service issues promptly and professionally Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks What Were Looking For 1+ year of staffing, customer service, or healthcare experience Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Strong time management and attention to detail Creative thinkers who can develop effective solutions and improve processes Strong computer and office technology proficiency College coursework preferred Why NurseCore?
