**Who You Are**

* **Youre a licensed professional engineer (P.E.)** with a bachelors or masters degree in civil engineering, and at least 16 years of experience in managing the planning, design, and construction of transportation projects.

* **You have a demonstrated ability to deliver quality work** that is on time, on budget, and to the clients satisfaction. Previous experience in managing client/public interaction including running project meetings and attending public meetings will make you stand out

* **You are proficient with business and engineering applications**. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicable design tools are a must.

* **Youre a people person** and an excellent communicator. Youre a natural at collaborating effectively with a team. Your strong leadership and organization skills will contribute to your success.

* **Youll manage project scope, schedule, and budget,** and serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion.

* **Youll assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts** and develop project scopes.

* **Youll coordinate work efforts** and manage integration of quality management during all phases of projects.

* **Youll be responsible for proactively managing the projects technical budget**, schedules, technical requirements, contractual obligations,and project communications.

**Senior Transportation Project Manager**

Transportation Lisle, Illinois The senior transportation project manager will lead the design and planning areas of our transportation/civil practice. You will also help direct and coordinate business development activities to ensure the growth of the transportation/civil practice.

Work is reviewed for the application of sound professional judgment. On a task basis, is responsible for preparation and completion of discipline engineering designs that are responsive to project needs. Tasks are performed under the supervision of a Senior Engineer.

**Construction Manager**

A position which includes managerial and/or technical direction on construction projects. Responsible for the project teams adherence to the quality control / quality assurance guidelines.
