FCAS focuses on spreading the Blue Square and associated programs to spur action by people of all backgrounds. Working with a network of partners, FCAS leverages unique monitoring technology to drive effective rapid response to Jewish hate and all hate, in addition to proactive programs that galvanize popular support for the Jewish community.SUMMARY: The Fundraising Lead will partner with the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Major Gifts Officer to increase funding for FCAS by helping to implement best-in-class programs for engaging current and potential donors. Example engagement includes individualized outreach, regular and proactive messaging as well as small donor gatherings. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage key donor events and logistics such as preparation, execution and coordinated follow up activities to fulfill donation commitments. Develop trusted relationship with event hosts and support attendee engagement, in an effort to increase the prospect pipeline.Oversee donor communications calendar, working with Marketing to ensure consistent and personalized messaging.Manage and grow portfolio of 4-5 figure donors. Research and qualify individual and institutional prospects. Prepare briefings, gift agreements, and other correspondence for prospects, collaborating with FCAS leadership.Complete ongoing research on current donors for growth & engagement.Create and maintain digital library of FCAS donor collateral to support prospect and donor engagement as well as stewardship.Ensure timely, accurate entry and reporting of all donor information into the CRM.Assist in strategic planning activities to ensure their integration into the organization's Development programs. Help develop systems and implement best practices, with an eye towards scalability.Special projects and assignments as business dictates.Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position will have no supervisory responsibilities. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree3-5+ years of relevant experienceStrong understanding of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices.Active listening skills with the ability to establish rapport. Personal commitment to fighting antisemitism and hate.Prior experience working with donors or similar constituency requiring high-touch and ongoing management and stewardship.Experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
