HR Administrator

The HR Administrator is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and operational support to our client base. Responsibilities include:
Acting as Part of a Team
- Responding to and resolving client HR inquiries with great customer service that is timely, accurate, and thorough.
- Assisting HR Business Partners with research, reporting and special projects.
- Maintaining electronic records for new hires, employee exits, transfers, job changes, pay increases, and time tracking.
- Assisting with benefit enrollment and inquiries for new employees.
- Preparing FMLA/LOA documents for employees and submitting forms to third party administrator.
- Screening resumes, assisting with recruiting and coordinating the interview process.
- Producing and filing annual EEO-1 and OSHA reporting.
- Submitting First Report of Injury forms to Worker's Compensation carrier.
- Reviewing, updating and documenting processes for HR functions.
- Providing subject matter expertise for HR Operations for new client implementation and onboarding.
- Five years of HR experience in an administrative role with a Bachelor's degree in a related field (strongly preferred).
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
- Strong technology skills including MS Office and HCM
- Exceptional follow up skills, and strong written and verbal communications skills
- High energy - enjoying lots of action, change, and providing service
- Interest in growth and desire for continuous learning
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced ever changing work environment is critical to success.
