The HR Administrator is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and operational support to our client base. Responsibilities include:

Acting as Part of a Team
  • Responding to and resolving client HR inquiries with great customer service that is timely, accurate, and thorough.
  • Assisting HR Business Partners with research, reporting and special projects.
Managing Employment Records
  • Maintaining electronic records for new hires, employee exits, transfers, job changes, pay increases, and time tracking.
  • Assisting with benefit enrollment and inquiries for new employees.
  • Preparing FMLA/LOA documents for employees and submitting forms to third party administrator.
Supporting Recruiting and Onboarding Processes
  • Screening resumes, assisting with recruiting and coordinating the interview process.
Providing Reporting
  • Producing and filing annual EEO-1 and OSHA reporting.
  • Submitting First Report of Injury forms to Worker's Compensation carrier.
Documentation
  • Reviewing, updating and documenting processes for HR functions.
  • Providing subject matter expertise for HR Operations for new client implementation and onboarding.
Qualified candidates will have:
  • Five years of HR experience in an administrative role with a Bachelor's degree in a related field (strongly preferred).
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
  • Strong technology skills including MS Office and HCM
  • Exceptional follow up skills, and strong written and verbal communications skills
  • High energy - enjoying lots of action, change, and providing service
  • Interest in growth and desire for continuous learning
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced ever changing work environment is critical to success.
