Provides technical and expert support to enable the team to meet and exceed the client's expectations in line with service level agreements and set quality standards. Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric

Experience Required Operations 5-7 years Experience within a Banking operations role, preferably across a variety of teams including account services functions. Gained experience and have strong knowledge of banking systems and how to use these systems to gather information to support the day to day operations. Additional Information Outputs

(The full job description can be provided upon request) Alert the Manager Accounts Services with respect to priority matters in order to close the matter within agreed timeframes, to ensure effectiveness of the Account Services function. Assess processes within team to identify opportunities to improve the client experience, release capacity and/or reduce costs. Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with internal and external stakeholders, actively engaging with key vendor service reviews/forums to seek synergies and efficiencies across functions within Standard Bank and with vendors to ensure effective transaction monitoring is leveraged which is to the benefit of all stakeholders in the transaction monitoring value chain. Ensure all VISA operational requirements are adhered to, and support the Manager with our vendors to ensure any legislative changes to card processing are built into our product and processes. Ensure our staff operate with a clearly defined approach to risk management to minimise the losses to the Bank and our clients. Ensure proper record keeping within the systems, while adhering to applicable acts.
