Bilingual Medical Call Center Reps

Job Duties:
  • Make initial outbound calls to patients following a script that are enrolled to participate in a study (No Selling)
  • For inbound calls: Will answer calls from messages left and will answer questions from a provided script
  • Data Entry


Requirements:
  • 1-2 years Call Center experience
  • Previous medical experience preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Basic to intermediate data entry experience
  • Business casual / no shorts/ jeans are ok


$19.00/hr

Shifts are 8am-4pm OR 12pm-8pm
