Customer Service Representative Louisville, KY Full-time | MondayFriday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Location: Logistics Drive, Louisville, KY 40258 Pay: $19/Hr Qualified Staffing is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a busy warehousing company located in Louisville, KY. This full-time role is perfect for an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a focus on accuracy, and the ability to support both warehouse and corporate teams. Position Summary The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring efficient daily warehouse operations by coordinating client communications, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate customer and shipping records. This position requires strong organization, multitasking ability, and a commitment to providing excellent service to both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Invoicing Duties: Review and process client invoices for accuracy and completeness. Maintain and update files for clients with outstanding invoices. Create and manage aging receivable reports and other time-sensitive documentation. Enter data daily and compile detailed reports for management. Warehouse Coordination: Check drivers in and out throughout the day and print BOLs (Bills of Lading) and outbound details. Obtain shippers release numbers, destinations, and trailer information. Assign doors to drivers and monitor loading/unloading progress. Track product inventories and monitor load progress to ensure timely completion. Customer Service & Communication: Manage customer orders, inventory control, and material handling functions. Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Prepare delivery reports by collecting and analyzing customer data and trends. Support customer inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate proactively regarding deliveries and order status. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (warehouse or logistics environment preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong computer and data entry skills. Experience with Office 365 and AS400 a plus. Essential Skills: Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to meet deadlines. Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Adaptable to change in a fast-paced setting. Physical & Work Environment Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable assistance. Frequent talking, hearing, and use of hands for data entry and documentation. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and reach during daily operations. Standard office environment with routine use of computers, phones, and office equipment. This is a drug-free workplace.
