Mission / Profile

As part of Davidson's finance division, you'll work with one of our customers - a leading financial institution and major international bank - as a PMO. Your work will consist of assisting the team leader or project manager in implementing the following activities:

Rolling out project management processes and tools to the local IT or project teams (quality, cost, delivery) Creating and monitoring the IT or project team training plan Rolling out project methods (including but not limited to Agile methods) to the local IT or project teams Rolling out new ITIL processes (project management, incident management, etc.) to the local IT or project teams Rolling out a knowledge management solution On-the-job coaching Skills (pre-existing or to be acquired)

Postgraduate degree (engineering, business school, graduate degree in finance) Proven expertise in project management & or PMO activities Solid experience in change management Talents/soft skills

Self-motivated Thorough Organisation Team player Natural teacher Communication skills
