DAILY SNAPSHOT
- Lead, coach and mentor our Sales Associate team members, including hiring, performance appraisals, and terminations.
- Explore ways for us to drive sales and grow revenue through business development opportunities.
- Keep a pulse on your teams customer questions to ensure they consistently strive to exceed minimum expectations.
- Recommend innovative solutions that resolve challenges, close deals, and drive our sales.
- Utilize your knowledge of our products to build long-lasting relationships with our customers.
- Oversee our merchandising and inventory management to ensure customer demand is met
- Utilize your creativity, communication, and customer service skills to help our customers achieve their goals and train for success with our proven sales program.

- You have at least a High School Diploma (some college preferred) with at least a year of customer service or sales supervisory experience.
- You must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work Saturdays.
