Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Shift IT Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems. Key responsibilities include: Providing guidance and technical support

to users of hardware and software. Installing or fixing hardware and software

as needed. Troubleshooting user issues

and resolving them promptly. Manning the help desk

and responding to inquiries. Maintaining networks and computer systems

to ensure optimal performance. Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams

to address IT needs. Adapting to changing environments

and learning new technologies. Following directions

and being open to continuous learning. Lifting and moving equipment

weighing 10-20 lbs as required. Qualifications:

Education:

Associates degree or equivalent experience Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Physical ability to lift 10-20 lbs. Adaptability and willingness to learn.
