Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the reconditioning and detailing process to ensure vehicles meet our high standards.
- Manage the photography and marketing of inventory to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Set personal income goals aligned with dealership standards and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Lead and organize the lot team, ensuring the lot is well-maintained and vehicles are properly documented.
- Establish and monitor sales and gross profit objectives for your team to maintain and improve profitability.
- Coordinate sales activities, offering guidance and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and dealership policies.
- Regularly review team performance and implement improvement programs as necessary.
- Minimum of three years of proven experience in the automotive industry, with a strong focus on used car sales.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team.
- Proficient in data analysis, market assessment, and setting sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of used inventory management, including sourcing, reconditioning, pricing, and marketing.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for negotiation, closing deals, and providing top-tier customer service.
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance at the federal, state, and local levels.
- Strong technological skills, including experience with automotive software.
- Ability to develop and adhere to processes that drive success.
