Environmental Specialist Performing construction site inspections report writing, Phase I investigations, sample collection to submit to the lab. Work site conditions will be commercial, industrial, and storm impacted structures. Management operating and overseeing project site, manage time (including deadlines and projected goals), maintain and build positive client relations, produce profitable projects, and apply policies and procedures of the company. Report any project challenges to Project Manager or immediate supervisor. Business Development pass on the Business Development Manager any potential business leads.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Computer skills preferably Microsoft Office Word and Excel Typing skills be familiar enough with the keyboard to be able to type a report, letter, data entry, etc. Report writing be able to compile and produce comprehensive reports. Physical requirements due to the nature of the work required for this position, an Environmental Specialist must not have physical limitations that would prevent the ability to carry equipment, climb ladders/scaffolding, etc. The position also requires that the candidate is able to pass a pulmonary function test, as respirator use is occasionally required for work.
