Job Overview:As a pivotal member of our leadership team, the Senior Director of Finance will play a crucial role in shaping the operations and strategy of our organization. This position offers extensive exposure to our company's operations and strategic direction. We're seeking a dynamic individual who will serve as a strategic business partner, offering direct support to our Dining & Events segment. Responsibilities include financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and capital planning, along with active participation in month-end closing and ownership of financial statements. The Senior Director of Finance will collaborate closely with the Chief Finance Officer and Segment President to ensure accountability, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and spearhead the budget and planning process.Key Responsibilities:- Act as a finance business partner, leading financial reporting and analysis for assigned segments within our organization.- Provide budget oversight, trend analysis, and variance analysis to support the business, including the development of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans.- Recommend, develop, implement, and ensure compliance with financial practices and policies, driving process improvements where necessary.- Analyze profit and loss (P&L) statements and related operating reports to provide actionable insights for the leadership team, fostering improved operating results through diligent follow-up.- Develop and implement tools and processes to drive business improvement, identifying opportunities for cost-saving and profit maximization.- Contribute to setting the vision and strategy of the finance team within Elior North America.- Attract, retain, and develop a talented group of financial leaders to support our financial operations.- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop creative solutions to complex issues, driving performance improvements across the organization.Skills Required:- Minimum of 8 years of related finance experience.- Bachelor's degree in a related area required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.- Previous experience in the contract services industry preferred.- Strong team player with a positive attitude.- Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, and reporting.- Proven ability to effectively communicate and present information to executives.- Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing business environment.- Strong qualitative, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.- Keen attention to detail and a proactive, creative mindset.- Experience and success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.About Us:Constellation provides high-quality business dining and catering experiences across the United States, focusing on fostering connections through food and hospitality.Equal Opportunity Employer:We are committed to diversity and inclusion, providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status.
