Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a passion to serve our communities with sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and hiring candidates across multiple locations/facilities. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist with onboarding and other HR related activities as assigned.

This role will have a focus on hiring Registered Nurses across the Illuminus organization, but may also support additional roles as needed.

This position is accountable to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Essential Job Functions

Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent. Work closely with the HRIS manager to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels. Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Manage internal and external job posting advertisements and communications. Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, and contractual and intern personnel. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, interview/selection, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.). Work with hiring managers to develop an understanding of all open roles and responsibilities within the communities. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies. Build relationships with applicants and past employees. Identify and participate in community activities such as job fairs, university events, industry groups, etc. Conduct background screening and reference checks as required. Complete electronic onboarding process for all newly hired employees. Provide support to HR function as requested or required. Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with all individuals. Maintains a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values. Responsible for on-call services, as assigned. Performs other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

Commitment to quality programs and services for the residents/patients/clients. An understanding of hiring within a highly competitive clinical job market and creating effective strategies to meet goals. Excellent verbal and written communications and human relation skills. Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives and employees. Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals. Ability to relate well to all individuals. Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information. Experience And Training

2+ years successful recruitment or talent acquisition experience highly preferred. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field preferred.

Compensation: 60k-80k depending on experience
