**JOB SUMMARY:** Create, update and troubleshoot scheduled tasks and jobs necessary to support the managed systems. Insofar as possible, transfer knowledge about system operations to end-users. Help to identify essential skills and training needs. **EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum 2 years of related experience Experience installing, managing and supporting Microsoft IIS and/or Apache Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and 2019 Knowledge of XML and .NET application configuration management Familiarity with SQL and TSQL Familiarity with load-balancing principles, tools and configurations Experience working in a professional services firm a plus Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to convey thoughts and idea clearly and effectively in written and verbal form Application installation, data conversion and testing experience Ability to relate to non-technical users in user-friendly language Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives or activities, and effectively make judgments in prioritizing and time allocation in a high-pressure environment Ability to gauge ones strengths and limitations Ability to deal with changes and adapt to a changing environment Must demonstrate the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of the firm's internal and personnel affairs and data security Ability to work well with others, harness different skills and experience, and build a strong sense of team spirit Ability to work in a multi-office environment and willingness to travel to other offices as required Ability to work effectively in a culturally and educationally diverse environment Incumbent is expected to work the hours necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
