An authentic community watering hole in Gales Creek, Oregon, gateway to the Tillamook Forest.

We aim to be the locals favorite spot, a perfect base camp for people utilizing the Tillamook forest or a stop on your way to and from the coast, and a destination drive. We strive for every person to feel welcomed with nostalgic hospitality. Imagine a parking lot of motorcycles and 4x4s alongside semis, family wagons, vintage Sunday speedsters, and even a hitching post for your horse Serving a full coffee program, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks all thoughtfully curated in an atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while.

  • Excited to work in a high hospitality, high-volume environment

  • Open availability on weekends

  • Interested in creating community in an out-of-town spot

  • Ability and willingness to engage with guests and patrons

  • Responsible for upholding policies and procedures related to cleanliness, inventory control, and quality control

  • Current Oregon Food Handlers Card

  • Current OLLC permit for Counter and Bar staff

Culture and Community:

This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to merge their love of hospitality, the outdoors, community, great food, and fun. We will have live music, seasonal events and offerings, and offsite events. We will be THE friendly, counter-service spot in town. We plan on being open during sun, rain, or snow and creating fun and appreciation in all situations while maintaining a consistent and high-quality offering in a well-maintained space. We seek to create a place that welcomes all and allows folks of varied backgrounds and personalities to connect. If all this sounds cool and maybe you like to jeep, ride dirt bikes, ride horses, forage, hunt, fish, and enjoy caring for folks, this might be the position for you.

These are tipped positions; all tips are shared amongst all hourly staff. Hourly wages are dependent on experience and position. Thank you for your interest
