**Description** Plans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care, the performance of assigned staff, and unit management 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, for designated clinical area(s). Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them. **Required Qualifications :** + Meet the criteria to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the State of Texas. + Coursework/Training JACC Medical Oncology and Physicians Offices: + Maintains radiation safety training annually. + Maintains conscious sedation education annually. + Bachelor's Degree Nursing, for: + Hospital/Clinic. + Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiac Services Education and Research. + Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. + Pediatric Emergency Department. + Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit. + JACC, Within 2 years of employment. + upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License. + upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. + upon hire: TNCC, ENPC - TNCC and ENPC Instructor preferred (for Manager, Pediatric Trauma Program). + 3 years Professional nursing experience. + 2 years Clinical experience in specific clinical area. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master's Degree Nursing, for: + Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. + Pediatric Emergency Department. + Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit. + For Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiac Services Education and Research. + upon hire: Specialty certification related to practice. + upon hire: Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association. + upon hire: National oncology certification (OCN), Maintains chemotherapy hospital-based certification every 2 years (for JACC Medical Oncology and Physicians Offices). + Supervisory/leadership experience. **Why Join Providence?** Our best-in-class benefits are uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, growing professionally and achieving financial security.
