Role: Systems Analyst

Job Description / Minimum Requirements:

We are actively seeking a skilled System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining operational efficiency within our growing and complex business environment. Your primary focus will be on incident resolution, application stabilization, and root cause analysis.

II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Swiftly manage and resolve incidents to minimize disruptions and reduce incident backlog.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of business applications to ensure stability.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
  • Provide critical technical support and maintain knowledge base.
  • Train and mentor peers and low-level support teams regularly.
  • Recommend system improvements.
  • Deliver strategic insights into system health.
  • College degree may substitute for experience.
