The Industrial Engineer supports assembly operations through workflow analysis, plant layout optimization, process improvement, and cost estimating. What you will do: Improve product flow using Kaizen events, plant rearrangement, assembly cell design, etc. Generate cost estimates for new product development Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process optimization and labor efficiency improvements. Implement 5S methodology to organize workspaces and improve visual management, resulting in a safer and more efficient work environment. Participate and lead continuous improvement projects to reduce setup times, improve equipment utilization, and enhance overall operational performance.
