****The Role****

This role will provide a full spectrum of IT and A/V technical support. You will serve as the face of the IT Team to the company as the first and primary support contact for a diverse population of end users up to and especially at the executive level. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving of IT and A/V support issues are key responsibilities in this role.

The ideal person must be able to thrive in high stress situations and display sharpened technical skills and resourcefulness when operating. You act quickly to find solutions, and when you don't have one, you know how to find the person who does. You will proactively seek out problems to fix and anticipate opportunities to improve the technical experience for end users.

A large portion of this support specialist's job will revolve around setting up and supporting Zoom Room video calls in highly integrated A/V conference rooms in a room full of executives watching you. You will also spend time interfacing directly with the General Partners to triage IT issues and serving as the eyes and hands for the senior IT team members. When not supporting these high priorities, you will work with the larger team on supporting the IT help desk and you will be empowered to work on larger projects such as building out new conference rooms and offices, deploying new software projects, or any number of technology initiatives within the firm.

* Triage, troubleshoot and resolve first level IT requests across the entire organization with a primary focus for supporting our General Partners

* Collaborate with other IT Team Members as a conduit to supporting the end users when resolving issues.

****Minimum Qualifications****

* 2+ years experience in client-facing IT Helpdesk role or 4+ years experience in non-IT, client-facing roles such as retail or hospitality, with demonstrated track record of excellence and increasing responsibilities

* Highly coachable, tech-native, resourceful, loves to learn, optimistic and proactive attitude, always willing to serve in any situation.

* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Ability to work effectively within the most senior levels of the organization.

* Strong general troubleshooting skills to diagnose, identify, and resolve technical issues.

* Strong MacOS and Windows skills are required.

* Strong iOS skills are required; Android skills are preferred.

* Experience working with Zoom, Zoom Rooms, and integrated Audio/Visual systems is preferred.

* Experience with basic networking concepts and protocols is preferred (DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, etc).

* Experience with SaaS administration tools is preferred (Okta, JAMF, G Suite).
