What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Front Desk Agent provides friendly, efficient registration, question resolution, and general information to all guests, fellow employees, and visitors.

* Part-time: 15 29 hours a week depending on the level of business forecasted for the hotel

* Days and start times vary, flexible scheduling available

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.

* Provide exceptional customer service with a smile and empathy.

* Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous customer service experience preferred

* Ability to operate basic computer systems
