A rapidly growing medical device manufacturer in Plum, PA, is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to assist customers and help

promoting Company products. Monday - Friday (8-5)

Responsibilities

include

Attending conferences and trade shows as needed (Occasional travel)

Responding to routine customer inquiries, providing quotes, and taking customer orders

Ordering and sourcing products

Negotiating sale and purchase prices

Expediting backorders

Assisting with pulling inventory and preparing shipments

Interacting with customers and suppliers to obtain and fill orders correctly

Troubleshooting customer concerns

Qualifications

Good customer service and communication skills required

Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused Industry and sales experienced preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel

Associates degree or

bachelor's

degree in communication, business or related field preferred

2+ years’ experience working in a

fast-paced

office environment

New graduates with limited work experience are also encouraged to apply

Bilingual skills desired but not required
