Come join us onward and upward.POSITION SUMMARYThe Sr. Financial Planning Analyst provides analytic support to business users throughout the organization by providing quantitative insights to help them make informed business decisions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSupport the monthly forecast and annual planning processAssist in consolidating monthly and modeling future income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow resultsContribute to the design of operational incentive plans and report on resultsLeverage tools and existing data (e.g., POS, menu/inventory, marketing, payroll, accounting, Google Analytics) to develop robust quantitative models and analytical insights that support our business initiatives, including but not limited to menu engineering, labor productivity, promotions, inventory, social media, and web traffic.Act as internal consultant partnering with clients to identify opportunities to increase profit and streamline business processes.Communicate and explain the results of more technical analyses to business partners in an intuitive fashion and recommend ways to further inform and evaluate success of an ongoing initiatives.Administer operational reporting to Senior Executives via dashboard design and relational databases.Develop strategic and financial analyses of potential mergers and acquisitions.SKILLS & ABILITIESEducation: Bachelor's degree in business discipline (MBA or Masters preferred)Experience: Three to seven years related experienceComputer Skills: Advanced Excel skills with a strong proficiency in Access, PowerPoint, business intelligence tools, and accounting packages (Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred).A basic understanding of SQL is also preferred but can be taught upon hire.#J-18808-Ljbffr
