Job Description:
We are looking for a Design Structural Engineer to join our team at Peter T. Erdelyi & Associates.
Duties:
Structural designer to Perform Structural engineering design and detailing of different types of structures including wood, and steel concrete structures, and foundation design.
Performing site evaluations and inspections as required.
Qualifications:
Civil Engineering degree from an accredited university in civil engineering is preferred.
A good understanding of building behavior, including knowledge of seismic design in California is preferred.
2 to 3 years of experience in wood, steel, and building engineering is strongly preferred but not required.
P.E. is not required.
Local candidates only or willing to relocate to Los Angeles
