We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Chestertown, MD Please note, this is an onsite position, just a short commute from Middletown, DE and surrounding area.

In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring top talent for our teams. This is a fast-paced opportunity and will require a high degree of organization, resourcefulness and professionalism. Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' experience in human resources preferred.

Responsibilities

Initiate recruiting efforts and execute the recruiting strategies for assigned openings, including sourcing, dispositioning, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers Facilitate the recruiting process to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers Work with the team to support employer branding efforts Gather and utilize recruiting metrics to develop strategy and drive decisions Maintain and follow procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies Stay current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices Support overall HR team efforts and assist with special projects as needed Competencies
