A client of Insight Global is the nation's largest provider of hospice (or end-of-life care) care in the United States, operating 49 hospice programs in the US. They're looking for a BI Lead to join their team. Within this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing people analytics/reporting strategy using Oracle HCM and other analytics tools. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Design, develop and maintain delivery to key dashboards scheduled and ad hoc reports and queries that meet the business needs of stakeholders and support all areas of HR and other business partners.

Provide day to day support in compiling, transforming, and visualizing data and delivering timely and accurate analysis of using OTBI and other data visualization tools.

Collaborate with the workstream leads to create functional reporting specs that accurately document required functionality.

Build custom OBTI/OBTI-E and XML reports with Oracle HCM cloud.

Create BI publisher reports where requirements cannot be met through out of the box OTBI reports.

Create end user training ensuring that functionality of reports are fully understood when documentation is created

Support the unit testin

5+ years experience as a BI Lead -- specific with Oracle BI application: OTBI and BIP

Hands on experience with Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, ORC etc)

Hands on experience with BI Publisher (to develop and maintain HR reports and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity)

Hands on experience with Oracle database, data modeling, SQL, data warehouse concepts and implementation.

Familiarity with HR data structures, HR systems and related data processes.

Experience with data validation and quality assurance to ensure data integrity.
