Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manufacturing Engineer located in Douglas, GA, with flexibility for remote work. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving manufacturing processes, utilizing their expertise in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Machining. The role involves analyzing production data, implementing process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operations.

Qualifications Expertise in Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing Engineering, and Industrial Engineering Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Machining Experience in analyzing production data and implementing process improvements Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
