Compensation: Base Hourly Wage: $16.00 - $18.70 Total Target Compensation (includes Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.69 - $26.39 (annually: $49,280 to $54,896) Our uncapped commissions offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. What you will need to have High School Diploma or equivalent Generally, requires 2-5 years related experience; prefer consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s), and overtime as needed. Ability to work in alternate stores outside of the home base store. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
