You can manage both hiring managers and candidates through the twists and turns of any recruitment process.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Recruitment Consulting: You possess market knowledge and the ability to educate and consult business partners on best practices based on the industry & current candidate market. You excel in hiring manager interactions being able to articulate value proposition, discuss overall workforce planning and interact with business partners for weekly reporting updates.
Recruiting and Sourcing: You independently create & execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify candidates who meet published job profiles and/or building talent pools for current and future requirements. You interpret needs and generate ideas for effective sourcing strategies and then evaluate and tweak to maximize results. You understand how to effectively utilize social media sourcing to attract the new generation workforce. You attend career fairs to create excitement around the opportunities the company has available and ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
Screening & Interviewing: You have experience in advanced call scripting and candidate engagement and serve as an ongoing candidate relationship manager for your business partners. You deploy advanced candidate care practices and tailor practices to the specific level of roles.
Business Partner Management: You demonstrate the follow up skills and documentation skills required to complete assignments and are highly organized and masterful at multi-tasking. You effectively and proactively communicate project reporting and updates to hiring managers, team members, and business partner champions.
Metrics: You understand the importance of achieving recruitment metrics and strive to consistently surpass outlined metrics to satisfy company goals and business partner expectations.

Educational And Other Requirements

Bachelors degree in related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and qualifications may be considered.
Must have a minimum of four (4) years of high volume and skilled trades full cycle recruiting experience.
Must have minimum of two (2) years experience utilizing recruiting technology such as ATS (preferably Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
Must have experience successfully sourcing for skilled trades positions such as: Diesel Mechanics, Electronics Technicians, Electricians, Welders, and Heavy Equipment Operators. Be prepared to present examples.
Must have ability to travel and visit locations within assigned region and for regional career fairs.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with management, employees, and business partners.
Must have knowledge of Federal and State employment laws to ensure compliance.
Must possess ability to make sound and consistent decisions.
May be required to work after normal work hours and on weekends.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Sensitive to confidential information.
Must work independently and as a member of team.
