Monday-Friday, no holiday, weekends, or on-call.

Position Summary:

Responsible for planning and implementing the Quality Improvement Program to meet the needs of the facility and requirements of regulatory bodies. This position assists all team members to improves processes, patient care, and patient safety by coordinating and/or coaching meaningful QI project planning and implementation.

Experience:
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
Certifications:
  • Current CPR.
  • CPHQ or CPHRM, preferred.
