Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by working with hiring managers and managing ATS systems and job postings on various platforms.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including training development and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records in HR and training databases.
  • Assist in benefits administration
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits while promoting conflict management strategies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Manage and complete HR projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in human resources or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Proficient using MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of conflict management techniques and training development practices.
  • Proficiency in using ADP is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
