Overview Sr Project Manager. Location: Hybrid (Remote/Washington, DC). Citizenship required: Yes. Clearance Type: Secret. Salary Range: $185,000 - $195,000. We are currently seeking a talented Sr Project Manager to join our growing team. This role requires expertise in workload planning, proposal preparation, budgeting, team management, and client consultation, combined with a strong understanding of business practices. As a Sr Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting client requirements, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. To be considered for this position, US Citizenship and an active secret security clearance is required. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage workload requirements to meet project deliverables and client expectations. Develop and present detailed technical and pricing proposals for clients. Oversee project invoicing and ensure accuracy and timely submission. Interview, hire, and onboard team members to align with project needs and client requirements. Provide professional consultation to clients, addressing project needs and aligning solutions with business practices. Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and resolutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies. Basic Qualifications Education: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific or technical discipline. Education Substitutions Advanced degree with at least three (8) years of relevant experience. Sixteen years of experience can be substituted for not having any degree. Experience At least ten (10) years of experience in managing IT projects and tasks. Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP). Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in preparing technical and pricing proposals. Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams effectively. Ability to manage project risks, budgets, and timelines effectively. Knowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and related technologies.
