Regional: As a CDL-A driver for DLI, you will make no touch freight deliveries for a variety of customers within the region or out west. Drivers can preference the locations that work best for them and expect security in their time off every week. Our drivers have the option to park the truck and trailer at home or we will locate local parking for them to minimize commute miles.

Pay: We pay the higher of the two amounts, .61 cents-per-mile or $250 minimum pay. Drivers average $1,500-$1,600 per week. Drivers are also paid a $10,000 sign-on bonus dispersed over 1 year.

Equipment: All trucks come with satellite radio, TV, and fridge to help save drivers money when away from home. There is no slip seating.

Benefits: affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance. Other benefits include FSA, company paid life insurance and a 401k plus profit sharing. DLI offers a passenger program and is pet friendly.
