The **Custodian** is responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions for agency staff and visitors at our office in Bloomington, IL. This position requires approximately 32 hours per week and is benefits eligible.

**Staff are be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to submit proof of their vaccination status before their start date unless they have an agency approved medical or religious exemption. **What youll do**:

* Clean and sanitize all bathrooms daily (sinks, stools, and floors) and replenishes supplies such as soap, towels, toilet paper as needed.

* Vacuum common areas; shampoo and/or steam clean carpeting when necessary.

* Dispose of all garbage and recycling throughout the facility daily.

* Plan and carry out seasonal house cleaning, such as waxing floors, washing windows, dusting cob webs and vents.

* Keep cleaning supplies and equipment orderly and well-kept; monitor relevant inventory and inform supervisor of supply needs.

* Report any necessary repairs to the assigned supervisor.

* You have relevant housekeeping/custodial experience.

* *Salary*: Range starts at $13.50/hr; offers are commensurate with experience.
