Come join us as an Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist at Soar Autism Center Soar is building a network of clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning tailored to each unique child and family. What You'll Do: Serve as an on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting. Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans with other clinical specialties (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists). Develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication. Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, including co-treatments with the occupational therapy team. Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families. Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and support them in their journey. Qualifications: Desire to be a part of an organization working to advance the standard of autism therapy Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program. License to practice speech pathology. Preference for SLPs with 3 years of experience, but open to new SLPs. Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams.
