Job DetailsJob LocationLakewood Ranch - Bradenton, FLPosition TypeFull TimeJob ShiftRegular business hours and as neededJob CategoryHealth CareDescription•Be current with appropriate emergency certifications and company emergency policy and procedures.•Exhibit a high understanding of Apheresis equipment and procedures.•Be knowledgeable in the specifications of the research programs to identify, screen, schedule, and collect participants for research.•Collect and process biological samples according to the IRB protocols and Standard Operating Procedures•Obtain Informed Consent and continue the ICF process by educating, explaining, and informing patients/participants.•Record data obtained in a timely, error free manner according to IRB protocols and Standard Operating Procedures.•Maintain an understanding of current regulatory requirements.•Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken.•Maintain skills set to perform all study tasks, as required.•Contributes to CRS Department projects as required.•Undertake any other duties as required.•Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage time appropriately.•Participates in educational opportunities, utilizing information to improve job performance.•Attends SCBB and departmental meetings on a regular basis.•Participates in safety meetings, trainings, and activities.•Master's new work routines, methods, and techniques.•Serves as a resource for co-workers.Qualifications•Education: High School or equivalent experience•Licensure: None; prefer medically related licensure or certification.•Experience: 1-year automated collection with 5 years phlebotomy experience.
