Responsibilities:

Research & Innovation Programs Coordinator

Join our dynamic and expanding Research & Innovation group and become an integral part of our mission to disrupt and innovate for a better future alongside our clients.

As the Research & Innovation Programs Coordinator, you will serve as the master orchestrator, adept at navigating competing needs and creatively addressing challenges to enable group success. Reporting directly to the firm-wide Research and Innovation Director, you will provide essential support to advance Programs goals and drive impactful changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track public and private funding landscapes across diverse areas and timely share leads.
  • Manage projects, grants/contracts processes and the innovation lifecycle for successful completion.
  • Conduct thorough cross-disciplinary innovation landscape assessments, swiftly identifying key insights and delivering concise reports.
  • Create impactful reports and infographics, effectively harnessing data to communicate the groups value proposition and impact to diverse stakeholders.
  • Identify challenges and recommend innovative solutions to optimize processes and enhance group efficiency.
  • Perform additional assistant tasks, e.g. monitor and track activities, coordinate meetings, perform data entry, create content.
Qualifications:
  • A Masters degree and a minimum of 5 years professional experience in a research/government/industry technical administrative capacity is required for this position.
  • Proficient with R or alternative language(s), with Tableau, PowerBI or analogous platforms and with MS excel for data management and analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Experience with grants lifecycle and intellectual property protection is a must.
  • Powerful research/technical project administration skills with demonstrated knowledge of competitive and pre-competitive research spaces.
  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance is required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • A background in architecture and engineering is not required, but experience with one or both disciplines is preferable.
  • CFCM certification is a plus.
