We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our finance team. The Senior Director will be responsible for leading the FP&A function, providing insightful analysis and guidance to support decision-making, financial planning, and performance management across the organization. Responsibilities Include::
  • Financial Planning: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial planning processes, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and performance evaluation, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations, supporting key business initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Business Modeling: Develop financial models to assess the financial impact of various scenarios, initiatives, and strategic alternatives.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and analysis for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Cost Management: Drive initiatives to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency, collaborating with departmental leaders to identify areas for savings and process improvements.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including accounting, operations, and strategy, to align financial plans and priorities with organizational goals.
  • Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, offering strategic guidance and financial expertise to support decision-making and drive business performance.
Qualifications::
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A and financial analysis.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and influencing decision-making at the executive level.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in healthcare or mental health services preferred, but not required.
