Branch Lead

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Branch Lead for our downtown St. Paul location. Reporting to the AVP/Regional Branch Lead, the Branch Lead manages the Deposit Services staff. They would provide daily oversight of the St. Paul branch operations to ensure exceptional customer service is provided in a responsive sales environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all deposit services activities to create exceptional customer experience
- Assist in the development of sales, marketing, and business development plans for branch
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of BWB deposit products and services
- Manage and develop Account Executives; conduct performance reviews, 5-5-5's, identify training needs, and assist with career development
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels at all times
- Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure branch sales growth and client retention
- Establish goals for Account Executives in client development and product penetration and monitor progress
- Oversee all daily operations of branch including overdraft reporting process, maintenance and supply ordering, timely processing of night and mail deposits, balancing of vault and cash drawers, etc.
- Provide reports as requested to identify trends in growth, retention and attrition
- Adhere to the bank's policies, procedures, security requirements and government regulations including (but not limited to) BSA
- Positively represents the bank in all interactions with clients, coworkers and vendors
- 3+ years retail banking experience
- Demonstrated leadership, team building, and management skills
- Proven sales and business development skills
- Strong financial management skills and operational expertise
