Responsibilities:
The analyst will need to be able to get up to speed rapidly and acquire a deep functional knowledge of the system.
The worker will need to be able to communicate clearly, lead meetings, and be experienced in asking probing "what if, what about," type questions to stakeholders.
The analyst will help customers express stories in clear and understandable ways and works with testers and customer representatives to help identify and verify acceptance criteria.
They should have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to articulate concepts, requirements, and rationale.
They should be familiar with agile development processes and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
The analyst works closely with the Project Manager under general supervision, with appropriate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
